Black Teas
Assam TGFOP- This high quality black tea from the Dikom Garden in Northeast India creates a fragrant cup that is rich, heavy and malty.
Darjeeling- This rare and highly priced black tea is known for it's complex aroma and clean brisk flavour.
Green Tea
China Gunpowder Gree- A tea grown in the Yunnan District. The leaves are rolled into tight little pellets that resemble gunpowder. The large leaves unfurl to brew a light and clear cup that is meadow like.
Hojicha- Roasted green tea with a full-bodied character and mellow cinnamon-like toast notes.
Flavoured Black Teas
Amaretto- A blend of black teas from Kenya, Ceylon, and Indonesia that are flavoured with the essence of the popular almond flavoured liquer.
Baroness Grey- The Baroness has requested a hint of citrus and floral notes with the bergamot of the Earl's Earl Grey.
Banana- Sweet notes of tropical banana!
Cream Earl Grey- Earl Grey mellowed with a delicious creamy taste.
Exotic Flowers- A black tea blended with natural orange, lemon, and mango flavours and flower petals.
Jasmine- A fine Chinese Poochong tea blended with wonderfully fragrant Jasmine blossoms yielding a cup with a heady bouquet.
Raspberry- Blended black teas with red raspberry taste. Also available decaffeinated.
Vanilla Cream- A delicious synery between excellent high grown tea, rich fresh vanilla and a lovely cream character.

Sencha Kyoto Cherry Rose Festival- Simply Sstunning. A blend of high quality green tea with sweet cherry and morning rose flavour.
ROOIBOS- (CAFFEINE FREE)
Rooibos- The story of Rooibos began around the turn of the century in South Africa. Now as then, the green needles are picked , chopped, bruised, oxidised and then sun dried. Takes milk and sugar well just like black tea.
Bourbon Street Vanilla- The vanilla flavouring gives the Rooibos a wonderful exotic jazzy depth.

Old Warden Pub Soup
The recipe for this soup was originally from a small pub in Old Warden, England. It is a creamy sweet onion soup topped with toasted bread & English cheese.
Welsh Leek & Potato Soup
A hearty satisfying combination of milk, leeks, and potatoes commonly referred to in Wales as "Welsh Broth" or "Cawl Cennin". Served with a crusty roll & Irish butter.
Quiche Lorraine and Salad
A bacon and cheese quiche served with an English side salad, crusty roll & Irish butter.
Guinness Stew
A rich beef stew that includes Guinness as an ingredient, served over colcannon. Colcannon is a wonderful Irish dish combining mashed potatoes, shredded cabbage, and scallions.
Shepherd's Pie
A hearty beef mixture in rich gravy with a layer of sliced carrots, new peas, topped with creamy mashed potatoes. Served with a crusty roll & Irish butter.
Ploughman's Lunch
A traditional pub lunch consisting of and English green salad, a pork pie, Branson Pickle ( a relish ), pickled onions, a crusty roll & Irish butter, and your choice of cheese-
Irish Aged Cheddar- A strong, natural cheddar.
Double Gloucester- A dark orange-coloured, full flavoured mellow cheese.
Sage Derby- A mild, green veined, buttery textured cheese flavoured with sage.
Oak Smoked Blarney Castle- A semi-soft, part skim cheese, with rich undertones of the natural oak fires on which it is produced.
*You may substitute a cup of Old Warden Pub or Leek & Potato Soup for a Pork Pie.*

Coronation Chicken
A cold chicken salad consisting of diced chicken breast, apricots, & almonds tossed together in a mild, creamy curry sauce. Served on a bed of mixed greens. The original recipe was created and served at Queen Elizabeth II Coronation lunch on June 2nd, 1953.
